Construction is underway on our first faith- based collaboration with the Friendship Christan Center. Friendship Senior Housing will create 50 units of affordable housing for senior citizens 62 and older in West Oakland.

Friendship Senior Housing will create around 25,800 square feet of apartments with an additional 11,000-square-foot parking garage with 33 parking spaces for cars and parking for bicycles. The building will also include an outdoor courtyard.

We build with the future in mind. This building was designed with energy efficiency and environmental considerations and followed the green building standards. The building will have a rainwater harvesting system and solar powered electricity.

We plan to support future Friendship Senior Housing residents further by offering them access to services such as financial literacy services, low interest clean driving car loans, and leadership programs.
